Build failures with gcc 9.3

It seems like the default gcc on linux got updated from 9.1 to 9.3 and now the build is failing. I think the FKconvolute executable (and I guess others) may be missing some linker flags.

Incidentally, is anybody using that (@enocera?). If not a solution would be to delete it.
