Extending range of PDF lumis in report

Hi @Zaharid in the reports the lumis stop just above 1 TeV, but the LHC has coverage up to at last 6 or 7 TeV. We should extend all lumi plots up to at least 6 TeV, both in the reports and in the paper. thanks!
