Reuse the same grid for all fktables when using a pineappl theory.

All pineappl fktables use the same x-grid, which means there's no need to evaluate the PDF once per fktable neither during the fit nor to generate a report.

This will hopefully increase performance and decrease the memory footprint of the code.
