Change setVerbosity to SetLHAPDFVervosity in wrapper

We curently have SetVerbosity and setVerbosity, the second being for LHAPDF. It should have a more meaningful, easy to distinguish name.

Do this after the merge so I don't have to update in sync two repositories.
