problem running vp-setupfit from master

running vp-setupfit runcard.yml from the master, I m getting the following

[ERROR]: Bad configuration encountered:
A parameter is required: covs_pt_prescrip.
This is needed to process:
 - nnfit_theory_covmat

The parameter covs_pt_prescrip is actually a function defined in construction.py. Does anyone know why this is happening?
