Integrating fitmanager and nnprofile.yaml

We know that fitmanager will deprecate at some point in favour of vp2, however for the time being I think it is quite useful to keep it working, in several circumstances we don't need vp2 on a cluster.

I think we should adjust it and implement the nnprofile.yaml rules, possibly after pulling #58 .
