Inconsistency between apfelcomb and commondata w.r.t DYP grids.

@enocera and I, noticed that the apfelcomb internal kinematics grid are defined differently than the one in commondata.
Take for example: POSDYU
you'll see here: apfelcomb/data/FTDY/POSDYU.hcx
that the first data point for instance as:
1 DYP_PPY_CON_UP 1.0000011047658307E-002 0.90000099428924774 5.0000000000000000 1 85
so namely:
Q2 = 5.0000000000000000
while in the commondata
: DATA_POSDYU.dat
the first data point:
1 DYP_PPY_CON_UP -2.249904835165133e+00 1.000000000000000e+02 1.054092553389460e+02 0.000000000000000e+00 0.000000000000000e+00
so namely:
Q2 = 1.000000000000000e+02
that would lead to some inconsistencies in computing the FK tables for positivity no? since the partonic cross sections are computed at a scale (given in the hcx file) different than the scale associated to kinematics.
I will open a PR where I regenerate these hcx
files according to the commondata.
