FK_ATLASDY2D8TEV_PI missing from theory 52 and 53
The current implementation of the theoretical predictions for the ATLASDY2D8TEV data set requires two FK tables, one of which (FK_ATLASDY2D8TEV_PI) takes into account the photon-induced contributions. The compound files defined in apfelcomb and in theories 52 and 53 sum the pure QCD and the photon-induced contributions, corresponding to different FK tables. However, the *_PI FK tables are not contained in the fastkernel folder of the corresponding theories. In other words: there is an inconsistency between the compound files and the FK tables for the ATLASDY2D8TEV data set, because either the compound files should NOT include the photon-induced contribution (unless one determines the photon PDF) or the *_PI FK tables are missing. I recommend to remove the *_PI contribution from the compound files. If one does so, the description of the ATLASDY2D8TEV data set is perfect, see the following reports
@scarrazza, do you agree with me? Shall I nevertheless produce the *PI FK tables and include them in theories 52 and 53? (I'd say no because these will be superseded by pineapple).
