Running n3fit on a cluster

Whenever I run n3fit on a cluster, I'm faced with a bit of a headache with

slurm-25929069_16.out:[ERROR]: Could not initialize output folder: [Errno 17] File exists: '/rds/user/si292/hpc-work/nnpdfgit/nnpdf/tommy_fits/200713-tg-001/nnfit'

since I'm running multiple replicas in parallel, they seem to be trying to access the nnfit folder together. I never had this issue with nnfit.
