Yet another error in Travis with the Mac builds, it's trying to run python 3.8

Today, despite the conda recipe being set (as far as I can see) to python 3.7, the Mac version fails with the following:

Your python: python=3.8

The Linux version seems to correctly understand that it should run under python 3.7
