Registered K-factors

Emanuele Roberto Nocera requested to merge registeredCFactors into master

This PR contains several amendments to the registered K-factors, which were necessary to successfully compute the NNPDF4.0 theories, specifically: 1) a couple of missing CF_* files have been added; the list of registered K-factors has been cleaned up and ordered by experiment; 3) a couple of incorrect specifications in the registeredCFactors.dat file have been corrected.
