This PR contains two new theories: one for the PDF4LHC benchmark (ID 215) and one equivalent to the NNPDF4.0 baseline, but associated to finer FK tables (ID 216), see https://github.com/NNPDF/apfelcomb/pull/80. The theory is available from the NNPDF server.
