Closure data estimators

Added some more estimators to multiclosure specifically surrounding data space estimators and pseudodata.

I need to add a couple of checks to the functions but the resulting plots and tables are approximately what I wanted.

I would quite like to bootstrap the result, but this is a bit of a pain indeed so I might not.
