Almost identical to NNPDF/buildmaster#112 except I noticed there was a small issue with the fix made in filters/LHCBZEE2FB.cc which I have remedied.

This compiles but I haven't checked if filter runs because I guess I have to run validphys for some datasets and my laptop HDD is full, I will check shortly.
