For the sake of being complete and enabling people to run their own hyperopts, I thought it would be good to also add a hyperopt runcard with the specific reduced dataset and K-folds used to determine the NNPDF4.0 setup.

Also, many runcards still contained # Configuration file for NNPDF++, which this PR replaces with # Configuration file for n3fit.
