Bug in DYE906R

This PR should address #1263 (closed). It appeared that there was a wrong assignment in the systematic uncertainties of the DYE906R experiment; the problem with ATLASLOMASSDY11 has not been investigated, but the dataset has been commented out, since it is not used for NNDPF4.0.
