[WIP] Evolution grids

Here's a first sketch of how I imagine the interface for the evolution grids should work on the fit end.

It completely won't work at the moment (the evolution grid class returns junk) but I think I'm ok with the way the interface works.

I'll be moving the evolutionsubgrid class into libnnpdf and joining it up with some work in apfelcomb now.

Edit: I am assuming here that vp-setupfit will handle the writing of the info file. The LHgrid export can be taken out of FitPDFSet also, but one step at a time.
