Plotting covariance matrices by process

I've changed the plotting of the covariance matrices heatmaps and diagonal element plots so they are ordered by process, and also the tick-labels are given by process. A sample report is here: https://vp.nnpdf.science/EyIFjb5RQHaA3ZIiheAyHw==/. The chi2 values etc. all remain the same.
