Cleanup old unused data sets

This PR addresses #417 (closed) . I've removed old data sets no longer included in NNDPF3.1; I've added the missing PLOTTING_ filel for those data sets that are not included in the default NNDPF3.1, but that have been used fro benchmark purposes (e.g. all the top diff. distrs.)
