[n3fit] write a .time file inside the replica folder

Added a few calls to process_time() to write down, at the end of the fit:

  • Total time
  • Time it took to load the data
  • Time it took to perform the fit

The target of this PR is #512 since I am using the class introduced in that PR for writing.
