Documentation: How to generate APPLgrid and FastNLo tables

This is the documentation of the fastNLO framework, it is supposed to follow the same logic of APPLgrids.md.
For now, the manual installation of the separate package is explained, waiting on a conda-recipe to be written.
Additional information/descriptions/details should be added on how to produce the FastNLO tables and the options one have to do so.
