Checking if stdout is a terminal before printing progress bar

@Zaharid Looking at the stackoverflow post you used at the time, the other solutions suggest better ways exist, namely tqdm. But anyway i prefer rich, and personally I feel a progress bar would be something nice to have (I have already installed it on my machine and use it when prototyping). This is something others have been fairly keen on having cc. @scarlehoff
