I've remove the outstanding defaults from the hyperopt module (I don't think it was ever a good idea to have any defaults).

I've also updated the plotting script so that it can be used. tbh, that whole script needs to be rewritten from scratch so the changes are the bare minimum for it to run. I've opened an issue with what the plotting script should be/have https://github.com/NNPDF/nnpdf/issues/828
