Jet dec models

Emanuele Roberto Nocera requested to merge jet_dec_models into master

This branch contains the implementation of various decorrelation models for the ATLAS single-inclusive jet data at 7 TeV and 8 TeV, which are studied for the dijet paper. The impact of the various (de)correlation models has been studied in dedicated fits available from the wiki https://www.wiki.ed.ac.uk/display/nnpdfwiki/Jet+studies.
