Add tensorboard callback

This PR adds a tensorboard option to the runcard so that n3fit can quickly be inspected and profiled.

That's its main purpose. But it can also serve as a stepping stone for creating a more complicated callback logging all the different details of the run, by default you already get the loss-per-epoch as a plot, which is a nice eye-candy.
