Reconstructing nnfit pseudodata

This is a low level function that will reconstruct the pseudodata that was seen by nnfit replicas (I think). Note it doesn't yet conside training and validation splitting, nor does it consider which of the replicas were killed off by positivity.

@Zaharid can you please check if this is on the right tracks as soon as you have time?
