[WIP] Implement Phi

Currently have produced a bar plot which takes a list of experiments and plots phi for each one

Still to do:

  • Take multiple PDFs as input and plot all on same bar plot, for comparison - as in VP1

EDIT: removed

  • Add a line to represent the mean across experiments - as in VP1

Closes #79 (closed).
