EIC pseudodata for Yellow Report

This branch includes the implementation of the EIC pseudodata (CC and NC, electron and positron beams with proton and deuteron beams) as required for the impact studies to be documented in the EIC Yellow Report. The corresponding FK tables have been computed and are available from theory 53.
