add fit bot

This PR includes a github action which controls the self-hosted runner and performs a fit. The action is triggered on pull requests when adding the label run-fit-bot. The action uploads the report to the server and write a comment in the PR with the respective links.

Points to be defined:

  • number of replicas for the fit N3FIT_MAXNREP
  • number of replicas for postfit POSTFIT_NREP
  • a reference set for validphys reports
