Clarify n3fit docs on role of vp-setupfit

This was not working properly given a commondata object and cuts. Add
documentation.

This is good for things like documentation and filenames.

Apply all the transformations as described in the plotoptions module and
label the table accordingly.

Add a _notable version, which is generally useful.

Closes #971.
